Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Mesfut, a mobile app for creating locked future messages. By using Mesfut, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
Mesfut lets users create future messages with text, optional media, recipients, delivery dates, and unlock codes. Delivery, notification, unlock, purchase, and storage features depend on third-party systems, device settings, network availability, app store rules, and Firebase infrastructure.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account, device, unlock codes, and any activity under your account. Keep your credentials and unlock codes secure. You must provide accurate information and may not access or attempt to access another user's account, messages, wallet, or data without permission.
4. User Content
You keep ownership of the content you create, upload, or submit. You grant Mesfut the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise operate that content for the app's features. You are responsible for your message content, recipient details, media, and unlock code sharing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Mesfut to create, store, send, or facilitate content or activity that:
- is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or exploitative;
- violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, or other rights;
- contains sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children;
- contains malware, spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to disrupt the service;
- impersonates others or misrepresents your identity or authority; or
- uses Mesfut for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical communications.
6. Purchases and Credits
Mesfut may use credits or consumable purchases to create or deliver messages. Purchases are processed through app stores and purchase infrastructure such as RevenueCat. Prices, product availability, refunds, taxes, and payment methods may be governed by the applicable app store and provider rules. Credits may have no cash value, may be tied to your account or guest wallet identity, and may not be transferable unless we expressly allow it.
7. Delivery and Availability
We work to make messages available at or after the selected delivery date, but we do not guarantee exact timing, uninterrupted access, successful notification delivery, email delivery, media availability, or permanent storage. Device permissions, provider outages, network issues, incorrect recipient details, incorrect unlock codes, and other factors may affect delivery or access.
8. Third-Party Services
Mesfut relies on services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, app stores, and email or notification providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, payment decisions, or platform changes.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit features, or refuse service if we believe these Terms are violated, the service is being misused, or action is needed to protect users, Mesfut, providers, or the public. You may stop using Mesfut at any time and may delete your account in the app where available.
10. Disclaimers
Mesfut is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mesfut and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mesfut will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or purchase giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if no such payment exists.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as Mesfut changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
