Mesfut helps you create future messages that can include text, photos, videos, recipients, delivery dates, and unlock codes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have when using the Mesfut mobile app and related Firebase services.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Mesfut, we may collect and process:
- Account information, such as your Firebase user ID, email address, display name, anonymous guest ID, and authentication provider details.
- Future message content, including message title, message text, delivery date, message type, unlock code, status, and recipient count.
- Recipient information that you choose to enter, such as recipient name, phone number, and email address.
- Media you choose to attach to a message, such as photos or videos uploaded to Firebase Storage.
- Purchase and credit information, such as wallet IDs, credit balance, credits spent, product IDs, transaction references, and RevenueCat webhook events.
- Notification information, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens, locale, and notification interaction data.
- Support information you send to us, including app version, build number, guest ID, user ID, and the content of your support request.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate Mesfut, including to authenticate users, save and unlock future messages, store media, manage delivery status, send or prepare notifications, process credits and purchases, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.
4. Service Providers
Mesfut uses third-party service providers to run core features. These may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement infrastructure, app stores for payment processing, and Resend for email-related delivery infrastructure. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect users and our services, process purchases, provide support, or complete a transaction or feature you request. A recipient may receive access to a message when the message becomes available and the unlock flow is completed.
6. Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Mesfut, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal or operational requirements. You may delete your account in the app or contact us for help. Some information may remain in backups, logs, transaction records, or provider systems for a limited period where required for security, legal compliance, purchase records, or service integrity.
7. Security
We use Firebase security rules, authenticated access, server-side validation, and provider security controls to help protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid storing content that you cannot risk sharing or losing.
8. Your Choices
You can manage notification permissions in your device settings, choose what message content and recipient information to provide, contact us for support, and delete your account from the app. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
9. Children
Mesfut is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your country. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. By using Mesfut, you understand that data may be transferred as needed to provide the service.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, this page, or another appropriate method.
